Description
Once you complete the Captain’s Club Random Drug Screening Program (a.k.a. the Drug Consortium or DC) Membership Application and send it to TrueCourse for processing, you will be assigned by TrueCourse Headquarters to a collection site at a preferred location. The fee covers the required lab test and paperwork to send to the USCG with your application packet. The DC membership renewal occurs every June for $80.00.
